Cancellation Policy

In the event you are no longer able to attend the Power Systems Seminar you have enrolled in, you must notify a member of the Qualus University team in writing of your request. You may:

• Receive a full refund in the event of a cancellation provided 30 days prior to start of event.
• Fewer than 30 days, but more than 10 business days before the class, you may elect to transfer your registration to a future Power Systems seminar or send another individual in your place.
• Fewer than 10 business days before the class, we are glad to accommodate transferring your seat in the seminar to another individual.
