
Boot Camp programs are designed for full-time, entry-level talent who are hired into Qualus from a technical school or a 4-year college, as well as those with relevant experience and transferable skills from power-adjacent industries. The one-year training programs begin with 4-7 weeks of combined classroom and on-the-job training, along with mentorship from industry experts and leaders within our organization, in our Florida or Kentucky training facilities.
